eBooks Have Been Delivered

Happy Saturday everyone! (Sunday for some of you now)
Excellent news, all eBooks have been delivered to Bookfunnel libraries to those who filled out their survey! You won't get an email from Bookfunnel. They'll just be there. Like magic! That also includes any other eBooks you may have pledged for too.
You can access that library at https://my.bookfunnel.com and use the email you provided in the survey question. That's where I sent it to.
If you feel you're missing an eBook you pledged for, reach out to me for us to discuss. I may have gone down the list and checked it twice, but there's potential I missed something.
Stragglers for survey fill out, I'll keep an eye out for anymore sends I need to do until the deadline. Then there won't be anymore chances to get your ebook(s).
I'm now off to work on the physical rewards side of things! I'll keep you posted.

I am so sorry it took so long for me to be able to say this. But! I got the email we've all be waiting for. Galinndan's illustration is done. Thank you for being so patient. I did not expect it to take this long, especially with the usual average turn around the artists usually have. Things just unfortunately happened and we had to pivot and wait it out.
I only have this low rez watermarked version to show off right now, as I am still waiting on the final version (should be coming within the next few hours) and I was too impatient to wait to tell you all the amazing news. Hope that's okay!
So, what does this mean?
This means, once I get that final file I will first be finalizing the ebook file (finally) and sending it out to everyone (my goal is this weekend). Again, thank you, thank you, thank you for being so patient. I've learned a lot about some decisions I've made this KS and will be altering what I do in the future, that's for sure.
After the eBook is sorted I can work on finalizing all print files and get everything off the my manufacturers and begin that whole fun process.
I'll keep you updated on everything of course!

GET YOUR SURVEYS DONE. Please! If you haven't completed your survey, please do so. There is a deadline, and doing it asap is easier on us all. I can't send you your eBook or any physical items you may have pledge for without that done. If you lost the link, or don't think you got one, PM me and we'll sort it out.

Credits for deluxe books: So I was working with my printer recently, in preparation of having it printed soon, and found out I overestimated the cost of the deluxe edition of Prophecy of Convergence by $10. I've applied a credit in Backerkit to all backers that pledged for one.
It doesn't have a major impact on anyone that I've found, as it either fully covered or reduced outstanding owed shipping fees (meaning many of you won't see any extra charges on your provided CC for missing shipping fees). However, if I find for someone that it results in an owed refund, I'll reach out to them and see if they'd like the refund or something extra added to their pledge to just make up that difference to keep it simple.
Small adjustments to art print sizes: So, I'm making some slight adjustments to the smaller character art prints and smallest map prints (both original and new). I received a sample print of the 4x6 and realized it was way too small, so I've brought it up to a 5x7. It's not a major change overall, but does make a difference with the art quality.
Similar is happening with the new Alaria map prints of the larger size, but for a different reason. I based my sizing off of the original map, not expecting the new dimensions would be so vastly different. Come to find out, as I was laying the images out for the printer files it wouldn't fit the A4 and A3 dimensions well. So, those are now 10x8 and 14x11 sizes. Again they're not huge changes, but I am being transparent and don't want people surprised when they open their packages, especially if they were planning to frame any of these.

Hey everyone!
Fun quick update. I've finally received the final version of Orsik's illustration. That means we only have Galinndan left before fulfillment can start, and my illustrator told me sometime in the next two weeks I should see that finished. I'm really hoping it doesn't go longer than that, these delays are driving me a little batty 🤪.
Anyway.... here's a view of the finished illustration!
And as a reminder, make sure you get your survey completed. We're at the 82% mark, which is amazing! Your survey must be filled out if you want your pledged items when fulfillment commences. This is because it asks for all the relevant information to send you your items. And there is a time limit to get your surveys done. So, please get them done if you haven't.

Hey everyone,
Another quick update. The smoke test was a success so I clicked the big button to send out everyone's surveys. You should receive an email from Backerkit soon. If you don't see it within an hour, check your spam. If you don't find it there, reach out to me and I'll be happy to research. Also reach out to me if you have any issues with your survey.
If you could fill the surveys out as soon as possible that'd be great. I know we're still waiting on the last two illustrations to complete before we get moving on fulfillment, but the sooner your survey is completed, the quicker you'll be on that fulfillment list when things start rolling.
